Hebrews Two - Where to look

We do not currently see the world as God created it, or as it should be, with mankind, crowned with glory and ruling creation in the image of their almighty king. What should we do when life is going badly, doesn't feel right, isn't right?
The writer of Hebrews says we should look at Jesus - specifically his humanity/incarnation and his death - because in Jesus we see what humanity was designed to be and in his death we see his glory most clearly revealed.

When life doesn't feel like the glorious victory that we sing about, look to Jesus' humanity and death and be reminded of his glory

In putting everything under them, God left nothing that is not subject to them. Yet at present we do not see everything subject to them. But we do see Jesus, who was made lower than the angels for a little while, now crowned with glory and honour because he suffered death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone.Hebrews 2:8-9
